moves the tip in a circular displacement, "nutation," and allows for an easier evacuation

Laser Lipolysis

Lidocaine solution is infused in area under skin through small incision, giving complete anesthesia while patient is fully awake through the entire procedure
Laser fiber is placed through incision and the fat is melted and skin tightened
Then a small suction cannula is placed in same incision and the fat is removed
We then use external radio frequency thermal heating to contract the skin and fat even more
The incisions are so small no stitches are necessary
A compression garment is worn for 2 weeks except for when showering, then intermittently for another 2 weeks
You can go back to work the same day of the procedure
